Dreams

When Dreams Increase, Growth is Coming
“When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream.” – Psalm 126:1
There’s something violent about the way God restores. Restoration isn’t soft. It’s not neat or polished. It’s the sound of chains snapping. It’s the feel of breath filling lungs that haven’t drawn air in years. When God restores, it’s not just relief, it’s resurrection. It’s the moment when dead places come back to life and you stand there in the middle of it wondering how in the world you survived except you didn’t just survive. You came out stronger.
Psalm 126:1 isn’t a quiet reflection on recovery. It’s a raw, gut-wrenching testimony of God’s power to rip His people out of captivity and slam them back into purpose. “We were like those who dream.” That’s not flowery language, that’s the disorientation of stepping into a miracle so big you can’t even process it. It’s standing in the middle of a restored life, looking around, and thinking, “This can’t be real.” But it is.
That’s the nature of Kingdom restoration. It’s violent against darkness. It’s aggressive toward brokenness. It’s the type of breakthrough that leaves you stunned because it’s so far beyond human effort it can only be explained by the hand of God.
But here’s the revelation: when you start dreaming again, it’s not random, it’s a sign that God is setting you up for massive increase. Dreams don’t just show up. When heaven starts stirring your spirit and expanding your vision, it’s because growth is coming.
Restoration Means Awakening
Zion wasn’t just a city, it was the seat of God’s government on earth. When Zion was taken, it wasn’t just a political loss, it was spiritual devastation. Zion was the place where God’s presence dwelled among His people. Losing Zion meant losing the covering of identity and authority.
So when God restored Zion, He wasn’t just giving back territory, He was re-establishing identity. God wasn’t just returning His people to a place; He was returning them to purpose. That’s why it felt like a dream. Because restoration wasn’t just about freedom, it was about order being restored. It was about heaven’s reality breaking into earth’s chaos.
And when order is restored, dreaming comes naturally.
Because when you know who you are, when you know you’re covered, you start dreaming from a place of confidence instead of survival. Slaves don’t dream. Captives don’t have vision. When God restores you, He unlocks your ability to dream because dreaming is the fruit of identity.
You don’t dream because you’re creative, you dream because you’re secure.
And that’s why increased dreams are so dangerous. When God starts planting visions and ideas in you, it’s because He’s preparing you for a new level of authority. He’s expanding your capacity to handle what’s coming next. Dreams aren’t just imagination, they’re strategy. God is showing you what’s possible because He’s already making a way for it to happen.
Dreams Are Proof That Growth Is Coming
When dreams increase, that’s not the time to sit back and admire the view, that’s the time to dig in. Increased dreams mean increased territory. Increased territory means increased responsibility.
When Joseph started dreaming, it wasn’t because God was giving him something cute to think about. His dreams were heaven’s way of preparing him for the palace. The dream about ruling wasn’t wishful thinking, it was prophetic strategy. God was showing Joseph his future while he was still stuck in the pit.
Dreams are God’s way of showing you where He’s taking you. When dreams increase, He’s revealing the next level.
You’re not dreaming because you’re creative, you’re dreaming because you’re dangerous. Heaven wouldn’t be showing you that much if you weren’t being positioned for something big.
Increased dreams means increased capacity.
Increased capacity means increased pressure.
Increased pressure means increased authority.
That’s why it feels like a dream. Because what God is about to release into your life is so big, so beyond human effort, that your mind can’t fully comprehend it. You feel like you’re dreaming because you are seeing heaven’s reality before it manifests on earth.
God’s restoration always comes with multiplication. He doesn’t just give back what was stolen, He increases it. He doesn’t just repair broken places, He fortifies them. God never restores to the starting point, He restores to overflow. That’s why when He moves, it feels too good to be true because you’re not stepping back into what you lost; you’re stepping into what was always intended.
This is not about recovery, this is about dominion.
Dreaming Is the Language of Sons
Sons dream differently than slaves.
Slaves dream about survival.
Sons dream about dominion.
When you know you’re covered, you dream without fear.
When you know you’re chosen, you dream with boldness.
When you know you’re backed by heaven, you stop dreaming small.
When you start dreaming more, it’s because you’ve finally caught the revelation that you’re a son. Dreams are a sign that you’re shifting from the mindset of a beggar to the authority of a ruler. God isn’t showing you those dreams because He wants to tease you, He’s showing them to you because you’re about to walk in them.
Dreaming is not escapism, it’s spiritual intelligence. When you start dreaming at higher levels, it’s because heaven is expanding your reach. God is showing you territory before He puts it in your hands.
When you stop dreaming about getting by and start dreaming about taking ground, you know you’ve crossed into sonship.
Dreams Are Not Optional
Dreaming is not a bonus, it’s a birthright. Sons dream because they know they have access. Sons dream because they know they are covered. Dreams are not a sign that you’re crazy, they’re a sign that you’re maturing.
God is restoring the ability to dream because He’s preparing His sons to take territory. Dreams are the blueprint for what’s next. When you see it, you’re getting ready to step into it.
Increased dreams mean that increase is coming. God is giving you vision because He’s about to give you authority to carry it out. Dreams are evidence that God’s order is being established in your life.
When you start dreaming about bigger things, don’t back down. Don’t try to shrink it to fit human reasoning. God is not showing you small things because He’s not planning to do small things. He’s showing you the next dimension. The bigger the dream, the bigger the increase.
So when God restores, dream bigger. When visions increase, lean in. When you feel like you’re dreaming, don’t dismiss it, recognize it as heaven’s announcement that growth is coming.
You are not crazy, you are catching up to heaven’s reality.
When the dreams start increasing, expansion is close. Don’t shrink back. God is increasing your capacity because He’s about to increase your reach.
When dreams increase, growth is coming. Get ready to take ground.
